Crispy Easy Fried Ice Cream (No Frying!)

Well, I don’t know what to say about this! I want to try it so badly but the name “fried ice cream” puts me off. Ice cream is one of my biggest weaknesses, if you have been following me for a while, you will know that!

This recipe is actually not fried! They say if you have never tried fried ice cream you are missing out! I need to try it. This recipe is the non-fried version but tastes very similar and way easier to make. Check the recipe out and have a mexican dessert tonight!
