These gingerbread cookies are soft, flavorful and delicious! They are the perfect cookie for parties and cookie exchanges! Katie wasn’t wrong. I made a batch of these gingerbread cookies and honestly they were the best gingerbread flavor I have ever tasted in a cookie / cake.
