How To Make Blackberry Jam
One of my all time favorite flavors of jam is blackberry. Coming in second is strawberry. I have about 20 feet of blackberry bushes at the bottom of my garden that produce fruit and are left for the birds. This year I am changing all of that nonsense and picking my own blackberries and making my own jam.
I feel silly for not doing this sooner but I guess other things get put to the top of the priority list when the kids are young. Now they are a little older we can all go pick blackberries as a family and all enjoy the delicious bounty once it’s made.
