How To Make A Jar Lantern

This is not only one of the best DIY lights I have ever seen it is also very easy to make too. The CFL light bulb is run off one AA battery. If you have a little solar knowledge you could even add a small solar panel to the lid and have the sun charge the battery too.
I think I will attempt to make one of these. I think they would look awesome on my porch at halloween. I could even hang them for a little retro / mechanical look in the basement. Check out the tutorial and let me know if you like it.
