Well knock me over with a feather! This just blew my mind and now I need to make sure I grow at least a few of these hybrid grafts this year. By grafting a tomato plant to a potato plant you create a single plant that produces both tomatoes and potatoes at the same time.

This is great if you are tight on space in your garden, these could even be grown in a big barrel if you don’t even have a garden. There is one drawback though, a grafted plant will yield much less than two plants growing separate.
