They are also perfect campfire pans for meals out in the woods. You don’t have to worry about scratching them or breaking them either. However they will hurt your feet if you drop them.

They do need maintenance every so often. The pores in the metal will take on the flavors of whatever comes onto it. Meat, vegetables, bleach and dish soap as well. Just a potato, salt and olive oil to clean and re-season your pan. I do this every month and it works just perfect.
