Easy Skillet Apple Pie Recipe

One of my all time favorite desserts is apple pie. I love the flaky pastry and the rich, soft delicious apples with either a dollop of ice cream or some yummy hot custard. UGH. Now I need to make one. Even I could make this pie.
I personally don’t like cinnamon but you could swap that out and use nutmeg. Sounds weird huh, nutmeg on apples. Don’t knock it until you tried it. Its yummy. There isn’t much I can say about his because it’s so easy to make. My grandma used to make apple pie this way. Oh the memories.
