It’s that time of year again and America’s birthday is just around the corner. This year, all the neighbors are coming over to my house for the celebration, so I needed to find some cool DIY decorations to set out. The first that caught my eye was the American flag candle log, in the link below.
With just a drill bit, some patriotic paint and any candles of your choice, you too can make this simple log candle for a perfect decoration to this year’s Fourth of July party! I love this idea so much that I may even do this for every holiday. Wouldn’t one painted burnt orange, dark green, brown and burgundy look perfect for a table setting at Thanksgiving? Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself, haha!
