When we were little, me, my siblings and my parents loved going camping and doing “outdoor” stuff.   He also taught us how to cook tin foil dinners over the fire. This was one of my most favorite things to do with my family. This is also known as “HOBO DINNERS”

I have tried to keep this tradition going with my family and to this day we still enjoy our foil dinner over the camp fire. If it’s a nice evening and we can’t be bothered to cook, we get afire pit going and cook hobo dinners, including one of my favorite desserts, banana and chocolate, warmed in foil into a gooey delicious mess.
