In my house I am not normally known for my creativity in the kitchen, but after a recent weekend visit with my dear old aunt, I discovered how to make easy substitutions to make just about every recipe a little healthier!

I was looking for a list that I could print out or take notes from and tape to the back of one of my cupboards as a reference, and stumbled across this massive list I am sharing with you all today.
